Dear Wally,

I regret to tell you that on the first week-end in Decembere

the 5th and 6th, the Big Six coaches are meeting in Kansas

City to schedule their 1942-43 basketball games. On the next
week-end-ethe 12th and 13th, the School of Fine Arts will have
exclusive use of the auditorium. Their annual Christmas

vespers will be held Sunday the 14th, and three days before this
event they have full use of the building. I regret extremely
that such is the condition. Of course we have no games scheduled
and I do not know how we can arrange a clinic under these cone
ditions.

It may be that we could meet a Service team during the Christe
mas vacation, but I doubt whether the coaches would be interese
ted. Do you have any suggestions?
