Dear Doc:

This is to advise that everything is coming
along in fine shape for the Clinic here next Tuesday.

"Sullie" is doing very good work with the
publicity and general promotion.

Will you please advise how many reservations
you will need for yourself and players for the dinner
which will be served at 6 PM in the YMCA care?

Mr. Maurice Breidenthal, an old k.U. graduate,
wiil preside at the dinner.

We expect an unusually large crowd for the
clinic and as our gymnasium is not very large= 45X70 -
will you kindly advise if you will need the entire
length of the court for demonstartion or will one end
be sufficient space? We can place 200 people in the
baleony and perhaps as many on the side lines but we
may have more than four hundred here that night.
