A person who wishes to take advantage of the privilege must present to the Registrar prior to June 1, 1934, a statement from the board of education that he has either been teaching the past year or is under contract to teach the coming year. A graduate of a teachers’ college (class of 1934) must present either a diploma or a written statement from the president that he is a.graduate of this year’s class.
