Dear Dr. Allen:

At the present time I am making tentative plans
for a coaching school at Howe for the summer of 1935, I
am writing to different college coaches whom we would like
to have on the staff, and I would like to know if you
would consider coming here and what you would want in the
way of salary.

I have already written to Noble Kizer and he has
Signified a willingness to come and thinks that we have a
good set-up here for a school,

Howe is a military school for boys and we have
barracks, mess hall and all of the facilities to board
and room coaches here on the campus, Our gymnasium is
new and would be an excellent phace for lectures and dem-
onstrations,

Under separate cover I am sending you a catalogue
of the school which should give you some idea of our plant,

I will be in Columbus at North High's school
June 18th and can talk with you further about this at that
time, if you are interested,
