Ere Se a ene wh Mie! ; Worcester, Mass. Mr. Forest C. Allen, eer ees anes Lawrence, Kansas. Dear Mr. Allen. I wrote you June 6th., asking that my basketball goals furnished you for test purposes be returned to me and to date have received no answer or the goals, will you please see that some action is taken on same at once and have them returned to me or a check to cover cost of same, as [I can sell them here very easily as there are several College circuits which will use them whether they are aproved or note There seems to be a lot of guesswork among the coaches why my goals were not approved this is from members who attended the meeting. I have been told that it is all up to yow to approve my goal and if this is so it is worth 5% net earnings to have it passed without forcing st thru the petition method which the coaches and Captains of various organizations suggest’. I think now that we are organized here the goals being assembled in large lots will retail for around $10.50 per pair.and will carry 4 list price of $12.00. I expect to enter the hospital to have my left eye removed and if it is in your power to help me Mr. Allen will you please do so. I am a good sport and everything will be 0O.K. I am enclosing a bill for the two nets and hope to hear from you very soon, — Yours very truly, 20 Richards: St., Worcester, Mass.
