In preparation for the 1939-40 Series "A" Basketball
Exemination for approving officials, it is necessry
to have the help of men like yourself in submitting
questions for Oswald Tower to use in compiling the
examination. Already, we have orders for these
questions and we cannot distribute them too soon now,

Will you be good enough to send me, by return mail,
five questions on the present revised basketball gules, _
indicating the answer as "Yes" or "No" and giving the

menue which governs each question? Please do not send

"trick" questions but use only “those which apply to
the rules and which can be answered definitely.

Your cooperation will mesn much toward our service to
the officials, and to the game as it is played during
the coming season.
