I am sorry that I fell down on you in your request as of
November 19, 1940, I was surprised but I was pleased to hear from youe
I fully expected to do the thing that you requested of me, but work
piled up so rapidly and my basketball coaching duties were just a
small part of my main job of administering this departmente

Doubtless the date is already past where anything that I
might write to you would be in good forme We are leaving on December 23
for Madison Square Garden, Philadelphia and Chicagoe We will not return
until after the first of the years If at any future time I can be
of any benefit to you, please let me Imow and I will be a little more
