Meyor Russell at Yotary one lionday and asked him ebout the matter with
which you are concerned. ‘ie said the specifications sre not as yet made out
so he could not do much ebout ite I am sure thet the city administration
would welcome your bid ard I trust that you have not waited for my
reply, because contrectors are not that backward, are they?

I heve done all the good that I can with Mayor Pussell, and I
trust thet I may be of further service to you should vou and your company
desire to place a bid. You may count on my full cooperation.
