Dear Dr, Allens:

This time I am writing to you about som of my
personal troubles discarding for the moment our athletic
worries.

Would it be convenient for you to see Mrs, Fairhurst
in Lawrence sometime in the near future and give her a
physical check-up?

For some time she has been bothered with severe
headaches and to date has been unable to find the cause,

I know you are quite busy with many tasks but if
you could arrange to see her, I would appreciate it very much,

I plan to visit the old home town near Lawrence this
week=end and could come through Lawrence late Saturday afternoon
or Saturday evening if you had a few minutes to spare and in
case you are in town; otherwise, any day late in the afternoon
or evening would be fine,

I will appreciate hearing from you at your convenience,
