Dear Dr. Mix: =

Approximately six weeks ago Mr. Russell Schnee
stopped in the office stating that he would get a statement
from his physician concerning his physical examination, and
Dr. Allen told him at that time we would not report his ab-
sences from physical conditioning class. However, no report
from his physician has been received, and it seemed best to
report to you on the absences that have acouwwulated. Ne :
doubt Mr, Schnee intends to get his physician's statement at
his earliest convenience.
