The absences of William Warren prior to March 24
had been excused. The instructor of his class reported a
total of 9 absences to me, and I find that 6 of these
occurred before March 24. He now has 3 unexcused absences, |

me that he has presented excuses for his absences. At
present he has no unexcused absences.
