Withdrawals of civilians will be reported in the customary way.
Students withdrawn from V-12 are indicated on the weekly report of the sick,
issued by the Navy. Any student whose name appears on the weekly report as
“dropped from the V-12 program", is officially withdrawn from the University
and no withdrawal notices will be sent to instructors.

Men listed on the sick bay report as "discharged" are fully able to
participate 11 ¢11 classes. Men listed as "to duty" are able to attend
class, but . - be relieved fo physical exertione In either case, they are
sxepoted to aviend classes. and are to be reported absent if they do not
