Every effort is made to select the outstanding contribution in the field of research, publications, administration, and creative work, and to recognize these outstanding contributions by a certificate and other proper recognition, It is felt that by this effort, we not only stimulate such outstanding achievements but properly recognize the individuals and pay due credit to the institution or organization of which they are a part.
