They have some lovely apartments, and some new ones, and many of the veterans are taking advantage of that. However, we are still having an exodus of the plant workers, and I be- lieve when they completely close down the Sunflower Ordnance Works that we will still have more apartments or small houses for rent. The people near an ordnance plant have been spoiled by the prices that have been paid by the workers. Money was terribly cheap then, and the workers were willing to pay most any price.
