It seems entirely probable that the NCAA Western plan offs and finals
will be played here again next year. Your convention dan be tied in
with this great event, and at the same time, your members can take
adventage of Kansas City's very central geographic location and ready
accessibility from all parts of the country. Your convention can be
held with the greatest economy in time and travel expense, which is
most important in the Light of our war effort.

Should your convention come here, you will again have our complete
assistance in making your Kansas City arrangements; in handling your
registration; helping you to build attendance, and in assisting you
with publicity during your sessions.

I sincerely hope that your Executive Committee will find it possible
to give Kansas City most favorable consideration.
