We were pained to hear of the injury to Howard.
So many of his good friends have asked me about him on the
street here in Lawrence. I told them the only thing that
I knew was what I had read in the paper whieh was given out
by youe Last night's Journal-World gave wore information
on his, injury.

I am writing you te let you kmow how anxiouw we
are about him end we will be praying for his rapid and com-
plete recovery. Please feel assured that our every desire
is for him, for you, and for his family.
