Dear Fred:

I have noted paragraphs 4, 6, 7 and 9 and have taken care
to see that the stage will be seated. We will make arrangements
regarding the basketball game, but you had better have somebody
collect the money at the gate or else ask Herl Falkenstien if he
will supervise that part of it and turn the money over to you. He
has roll tickets and can police the thing properly.

We will conform to your every wish and I believe we will

have a fine turn out. Notify me if there are things that you desire
further.
