Dear Marjorie:

I was happy to receive your letter of August 15th,
and pleased to kmow that the letter pleased you, There
is so little that we can de to help that we are always
overjoyed at any slight favor that we can bestow.

I had a letter from Don the day following your
letter. He really is a lovable and a grand boy. But I
kmow that you and I agree on that a hundred per cent.

I have never had a boy that was as loyal, fine and capable
as Don. His devotion is unlimited, and his faith is lovely
to behold. oe

Just rest assured, Majjorie, that if there is anything
we can do at any time for Don, please feel it is always e
great pleasure for us to do it. We will be happy indeed
when this thing is over and when he ean return to you end
