Dear Phog:

On January 24th, you gave Taft Talbot a Riddell Basketball which
was stamped"Federation Approved. "

This was a brand new Riddell Ball, and we sent it in to the fac-
tory and asked them to change it for one that was not so stamped.

Now, Phog, that seems like ancient history but after writing them
about fifteen letters we finally, today, received the ball in
exchange for the one which you returned.

We have sent you that Basketball by prcel post today, and of
course as it was already charged to Kansas sometime ago, this is
simply in exchange.

know you have been wondering why you did not get a more prompt
