Dear Dr. Allen:

I was pleased to learn from our Director of Alumni
Activities, Mr. Clifton Cornwell, that you are to be
present at our homecoming October 26.

While you will not remember me, 1 naturally remember
you as I was a student in the State Teachers College
at Warrensburg during the heyday of your athletic
career, when Warrensburg won three championships, in
the days of Bush, Ug Sermon, and other stars.

I was not of athletic fame but I had classes in gym-
fasium under your direction. Of course, I have
watched with interest your athletic work in the Big
Six and have been pleased to know of the success
which has been yours.

Be assured that a former Warrensburg student of
yours will be happy to greet you when you come to
our campus on October 26.
