with them and proud of the fine team that has . carried on through
a difficult season and maintained a splendid record. The best of luck
to them all.and to their coach who has turned out so mmy fine
basketball teams and during the process has developed so many fine

This is @ personal letter, Doc, and please say nothing
about it to Fred Ellsworth of Dolph. Dolph apparently is peeved at
me for some reason,why I do not know, but I wrote him about six
months ago ani he has not answered my letter.

That, however, is beside the point. Give ‘em hell ana
plenty of it, and regardless of what. happens we'll still feel
certain that when better basketball teams are built, they'll be
built at our alma mater,
