In regard to the invitation extended to Glenn Cunningham, it is
hoped that the action taken is favorable and an acceptance is offi-
cially made. We trust that if decision hadn't been made upon arrival
of this letter, that our reasons and the resultant beneficial good
deriving from the appearance of Glenn Cunningham in Honolulu in
the exhibition races would be given consideration.

of his arrival and departure so that we in turn may make the proper
arrangements with the local committee for Glenn's entertainment.
The track fans here still talk of Cumningham's mile race several
years ago when he was here with other track stars enroute to Japmn.
