I read the article in the weekly Kensas City Star
of November 8th, entitled “Training for High School
Football", and I just wt to say Phog, that I
pelieve if every ambitious young athlete could
read this article.and absorb its doctrine, and live
according to the system outlined by you this would
make for a much better and cleaner worlde

It is a great article Phog, and one thing in the
article that struck me very forcefully was the
fact that you live such a life yourself and stand
out as an example to those under your training,
of a clean wholesome lifee

I think a lot of we older men could use some of your
ideas in helping promote our physical and mental
welfaree
