Dear Phog:

We just today received an invoice for a pair of
sample basketball hose from Sand Knitting Mills
that were shipped direct to you and we are en~
closing a bill for this pair of hose.

Since this deal was made entirely through Harry
Mudd and we do not know whether youwant to re-
turn the hose direct to them or not, we thought

it best to just send you this invoice and you can

make your own decision in the matter..

From your telephone conversation with John Neill
today, we assume that the hose you are getting
from Sand are somewhat different and we have sent
Sand a blanket requisition to send you the hose
exactly as per your telegram today to Harry Mudd.
We assume this is correct.

you gave me over the telephone.
