(b) Varsity football ganes scheduled after January 1
shall be reported immediately to the office of the Commissioner. ©

‘(c) On or before April 15 of each year, cach Member In-
stitution shall file with the Commissioner a list of all basketball
gones then scheduled for its varsity team for the following season,
showing the opponent, timc, place and date for each gare.

(d) Varsity basketball games scheduled after April 15
shall be reported immediately to the office of the Commissioner.

SECTION 3. (a) If any change of time, date or place, as originally
specified for a scheduled gane, is made after appointnents of
officials for that game have been completed, the sane officials
shall be used, if possible, but, if, as a result of such change, or
if, through ca ncellation contrary to the procedure prescribed in
Article II, Section 4 (b), an official suffers the loss of any
officiating engagonent previously accepted, then, following the date
of the engagenent lost, the Cormissioner shall pay that official the
anount of any fce forfeited as a direct result of the said change,
less any fee which he may have earned in a substitute engagement.

(bo) The enount paid out by the Commissioner under the
provisions of the foregoing paragraph (a) shall be charged against
the Menber Institution(s) responsible for the cenccllation concerned
and shall become due and payable to the Cormissioner upon presenta-
tion of itemized invoice certified by the Commissioner.

SECTION 4. (a) The work of officials in each gane shall be rated
by the Menber Institution(s) playing in that ganic.

(bo) Rating Cards for each gene shall be furnished to
each Menber Institution.

(c) Ratings shall be forwarded to the office of tho
Commissioner after each game.

SEOTION. 5S. (a) Officials appointed by the Commissioner in accordance
with the regulations, shall be paid fees and travel allowances in
confornity with the scale of fees agreed upon by menber institutions.

(b) The travel allowances to be paid any official shall
conforn to c definite point-to-point scele of allowances established
by the Commissioner.

SECTION 6. The Home Institution shall provide « private conference
roon of meeting place, in the stadium or adjacent thereto, for the
officials. This place shall be open and available one hour before
gome tine. This room shall be available between halves end at the
close of game,

NOTE: Suggest officials dress at hotel so as to arrive at private
conference room one hour before gone tine.

SECTION 7. The Hone Institution shall present to each official, in
the conference roon, his remuneration immediately after the end of
the gane.

NOTE: Suggest Home Institution turn over conference room key to
Referee and have sane returned cat tine of payment to officials.
