6 SECTION 8. In any gane between a Member Institution and an Inter- sectional opponent, officials shall be paid at least the minimum fee, and, in no case, shall be paid less than any other officials working in that game. SECTION 9. The Home Member Institution shall send two complinentary tickets, or an order for sme, to each of the officials at least two weeks previous to the gane to be worked. SECTION 10. In no case shall the Horie Institution furnish an offic- ial with riore than two conplinentary tickets. SECTION 11. Under no circumstances shall the Hone Institution per- mit an official to pass anyone into the gone. ECTION L2, Complimentary tickets to officials sholl be for the use Of tne ramaly or clepe friends of the officinl, In no case shall the sale of conplinmentary tickets be pernitted,. SECTION 13, if, complinentary tickets are not to be used, on receipt of sane, they shall be returned irmediately to the Home Institution. SECTION 14. Should an official violate, or attempt to violate, any part Of Sections 10 to 13, inclusive, he shall forfeit his right to conplinentary tickets and be put on probation for one year by the Commissioner. SECTION 15. The Home Member Institution shall furnish to the Con- missioner, at his request and at his option, either a seat with appropriate pass in the Press Box, or two tickets in the stands for scouting purposes. SECTION 16. The Hone Institution shall have gun and shells on the Fiold ten minutes before gone tine. ARTICLE IV COMMITMENTS BY OFFICE OF COMMISSIONER SECTION 1. 4a) There shall be on file in the office of the Con- missioner a list of officials eligible for appointnent to football and basketball games played by Mernber Institutions. These lists shall be knovm as the Football Eligible List and Basketball Eligible List. . : {b) For Football, the Eligible List shall be regtrictcd to thirty officials who conply with Article V of the Regulations and whose rating meets the mininun requirenent for that year. (c) For basketball, the Eligible List shell be restricted to fifteen officials who comply with Article V of the Regulations and whose rating neets the ninimum requirenent for that year. SECTION 2, On or before December 15 for football, and March 15 for basketball, each year the Cormissioner shall furnish each Menber Institution with a copy of the ccnplete Eligible List for each sport, showing the nance, grade and rank of each official then registered and eligible for appointments during the fcllowing year.
