: I appreciate very much the fact that you are interested
in K.U. basketball enough to send me the information concerning the
better boys in the Regional Tournament. I shall guaranty that we
shall do everything in our power to encourage these young athletes
into coming to KeU. The tournament was scouted by oné of our men
and we have the dope in fairly good shape.

We are just as sorry as you are that we did not send the
Aggies back to the foothills convinced that this year is strictly
Kansas; however, we are looking forward to our three games with them
next winter. I can assure you that they will have everything they
can possibly take care of.
