Dear Phog,

Sorry that you could not reach us when you were in
New York. We are always glad to see you and to get the news
from Lawrance. Saw Bo last week and he told us about you.

In a couple of weeks we will be leaving for Estes to
join my parents. Our vacation is limited this year, and so
we are going on the train, going directly to stes and returning
home directly, not having in }awrence any time.

Have been busy as the dickens trying to get the school to
ticking. Hope that it comes up to what I expect next year.
If so we we going to go some place ~ just where I am not certain.

Helen joins me in regards to you and to your family.
