Dear Phog:

Confirming our converstaién this morning regarding the introduction
of the song “Our Team" the evening of January 4, I will have Ray
Wright on hand to sing the song and lead the students in singing
it, Professor Cris Simpson to play the pipe organ and we have made
arrangements with Mr. Wiley for the part the band is to play.

We can have the singing of this song immediately after the end of

the first half.

The juggler can be getting his equipment, if any,
while the song is being sung.

Will you please maf€ arrangements to have a microphone with a long
cord ready and have the person in charge of the microphone ready
to get it connected quickly and carried over to the west end of the
auditorium?

I will need passes into the game for Messrs. Wright and Simpson if
they do not have tickets.

Enclosed is a copy of the words of the song.

Please advise if there are = missing links in this outline of
arrangements
