I want first to compliment you on your recent book
Better Basketball and to thank you for a copy of it which I re-
ceived in the mail sometime ago. Thanks very much. I think
you have developed a book here which for my purposes is the
last word. It combines both the individual and team develop-
ment as well as fundamentals and material for teaching
techniques. I am planning to use it a text in my professional
course in basketball in our physical education curriculum.

I hope to renew our acquaintance again during the
Rules Committee meeting in New York this spring.
