requested to submit the names of all members
of your organization, so that they may be
checked for eligibility for the current tern,
according to the University regulations.

Will you kindly fill out the first
three columns and return the list to me
(not to the Registrar's Office), by August
l at the latest? It is important that
students should not be listed by their
nicknames, as the Registrar refuses to
release the grades of students not listed
by their names as recorded in his files.
