I attempted to call you long distance
last night concerning thex reservations which
we were holding for the University of Kanses
Baseball team.

I know that something unforseen came
up or you would have informed us. However, it
Gid not make a bit of difference to us this
time because we had plenty of rooms and did not
need those that we saved for your party.

If we have mde a mistake or if there
is something wrong on our part, please let me
know. We really appreciate all the help and
business that you have always given us and we
want to deserve it. We shall be glad to hear
from you at any time that we cen be of service
