Dear "Phog":

I am writing you because of the illness of Mr. Frank
L. Myers,our baseball coach. His health is in such a condition
that I feel that he should not attempt the arduous task of
coaching, and for the rest of the season Mr. “Chili” Cochrane
will be in charge of the baseball team.

We are still planning on having a night game Monday,and
we very mech appreciate your willingness to play the game under
lights as it makes it possible for many of the faculty and the
citizens of Manhattan to attend the game.
