Dear Mr. Allen,

The reasonfor my delay in answering your letter was

due to the fact that our baseball plans are in the early

stages as yet. However, we are going to have a team and

I believe we have enough material in camp now to give you
a fair game.

We do not have a schedule drawn up at the present time,

therefore, if you will let me know what dates you prefer
I am sure they will be agreeable to us. We would prefer
playing the first game in Lawrence not earlier than April

1h.
