: I have your letter concerning the golf
tournament for June 10th, and thanks for the complement.I do however
appreciate the letter, and would like mighty well to be in Lawrence.
at that time, and also would like to play golf, mt my time is so
thoroughly tseken up for the next two weeks that it is impossible

for me to take on any more, I will however teil Dr. Eggleston and
Paul Wunsch about the tournament and it may be that they will be
going that way.

I congratulate you upon the suodessful golf
team as well as a quite successful track team for this year. I trust
that we will see a much improved football situation in the fall, and
I believe that we will.

Tell Cap. freece and Jake Jones, that + sure
would liek to be there and play golf with them, and may try to
do that some time, but not this spring.
