Dear Forrest:

I have yours of the 26th, and am certainly
sorry that I haven't answered sooner, but I
have been out of town recently and am just
now catching up on various correspondence
that accumulated.

Certainly sorry that it is going to be impos-
sible for me to join you for the Golf Tournament
June 10th, but I am planning another trip and
will be gone about that time.

However, I am passing your letter on to Ray Jones,
and in the event he is interested or can get away
he will communicate with you.

Certainly want to thank you for this invitation
and the next time you have such a tournament don't
fail to include me for I would more than like to
come. Again thanking you, I remain
