Dear Dr. Allen:

I am in receipt of your letter of May 26th relative
to the golf tournament to be held on June 10, in connec-
tion with the graduation festivities.

I would like very much to be present for the gradu-
ation exercises and to participate in the goif tourna-
ment. However, due to the fact that our June term
of court is opening here just prior to that time, it
will be impossible for me to do so.

if any of the persons mentioned in my letter of May
16th can attend, I will urge them to immediately get
in touch with you.
