Just received word from New York that two sound crews will 4
at the game, Priddays; and my boys will also be on the story.
They are coming from Chicago and will cover the Corn Husking
Contest also.

This puts me on the spot as I have covered husking contests
many times and know the actual contest is over in a short
timeyyet often the judges and scorers take several hours to
determin the winner. One crew must stay at the farm,my men
and the other sound crew will come to the K.U.Stadium. This
means it is neccessary for me to take care of two trucks with
a total of four cameramen from Chicago and my car with two
cameramen and two helpers,making eight in all and a note to
your West gateman to allow our trucks to pass.

Your Goal=-Hi story should be along now,just as the football

season ends. The last shots were well received and a letter
explains that they are holding the dca for a tie-up wit
an openning basket ball story.
