Quite recently one of ny friends sent me 0 copy of the San

Di my own mind I had attempted to minimize the effect and the
resultent damage caused by Mr. Carver's printed attack upon me, but
after repeated repercussions from this article brought to my attention
by friends and mere acquaintances, I became aware for the first time
of the severity of the damage that hed been done me.

Doubtless you may wish to take the initiative to see that due
end isanediate reparation is made.
