Distinguished friend fresident:

It gives us great pleasure to write you,
in the hope that this, our first letter, may
be the begiming of a more frequent corres-
pondence which will permit us to increase
our friendship and our cordial Rotarian re-
lationship.

As an expression of this feeling, and
thinking that, hereafter, our letters to each
other will increase our understanding of each
other's problems, we are sending you a copy
of our Bulletin, which we shall continue to
send each month, and we shall be grateful to
have your Club send us everything that may
help us to attain our goals.
