Yes, the University of Kansas basketball team played
St. doseph's University at Philadelphia on our eastern
trip in 1942-43.

On that trip we played St. Bonaventure's at Buffalo,
on December 26, winning 53 to 22. Then we went on to
New York City where we played Fordham University in
Madison Square Garden on Decenber 28, winning 51 to 50.
On December 30 we played St. Joseph's in Philadelphia,
winning 63 to 38; and on January 1 we played St. Louis
University, in St. Louis, winning 60 to 25. _

The Stanford University team traveled along with us

on that trip. They won all of their eastern games, and
we won all of ours.
