AP Features plans to select an all-time college basketball all-
America team on a basis of the votes of veteran cage coaches throughout the
country. They will be asked to name a 10-man squad, rather than just a
first team.

Our basketball expert, Chip Royal, suggests you should be the Noe
1 man to start the ball rolling. So will you please let us have your selec-
tions as quickly as possible?

It would also be interesting to know what team, college or profes-
