Thanks very much for you letter of February <dlst.

I certainly appreciatedvery much the opportunity
of refereeing the game at Lawerence, and while I
thought it was a tough game the players on both
teams were certainly very fine.

You mentioned the fact that it was your impression
that there was constant illegal starting of the
dribble, by the Oklahoma boys. I checked this very
closely, and at times I would think it was very
questionable, but it was very difficult to detect.

Again I want to tell you I really enjoyed officiating
for you, and I sincerely hope that I may again

have the opportunity of working again for Kansas U.
