My dear Dr. Allen:

Just a brief note to confirm our conversation of some
weeks ago concerning recreational facilities here on the campus
during the Girls' State Conference to be held during the week
of June 15.

You will recall that we discussed the availability of
the swimiing pool, tennis courts, your own twilight recrea-
tional facilities, etc. The women on the steering committee
were delighted with your generosity and it has already been
advertised that such would be available.

Of course the swimming pool will have to be supervised
and a definite time will have to be set for its use. One of
the girls in the Physical Education Department, I can't recall
her name, is on the staff of this Girls' State group so I ean
think of no better person to supervise this than this girl.
However, those detils can be worked out later.
