Dear Phog:

Replying to your note of August 11th will say that
I do not know why Mr. Bolich contacted you relative
to the convention. I surmize that inasmuch as
Phil Bolich was a member of the Winston-Salem
Commission sometime ago for several years but has
recently been reappointed after two or three years
absence he probably used an old list that carried
your name as a member or possibly chairman of the
Kansas Athletic Commission.

Owing to the lack of finances the National Boxing
Association has not kept its members completely
informed when there are changes in the personnel
of the various commissions. In fact with our
sister State of Missouri while I have been told
there are two changes made in the last few months
on their Commission I do not yet have the names of
the two new members,

I understand that Bill is out of the hospital and
is coming along as well as can be expected and I
sincerely hope that this information is correct,
