I delivered the four dollars in bills to Mr. Sarl
Falkenstein for tickets for the Nebraska games

However, I do have a rather unpleasant surprise for
youe There are no seats whatsoever on the first floor. ‘re fred
Ellsworth, the Alumni Association secretery, has been asked by
the Chancellor to procure some of the seats sold to the Lawrence
citizens on the first floor for members of the Legisleturs. The
members of the Legislature aro expecting to attend this geme in
@ body, and, since a11 the seats have been sold, the only wey you
can get one is to procure it f rom some of the owners of the sare.

However, Mre Paikenstein did say that there sre some
seats on the first balcony, but none near the front. “e is
writing to you and explaining the situation. I trust the tickets
he reserves for you will be setisfectory. There sre some 65 or
70 seats left for this game, so, while they ere not of the best, |
I trust he can pick some for you thet will be setisfactory.

Also, there sre few tickets left for the other games
with the exception that the Legislature perhaps will not cove
dome Appsrently there -re other schools besides Karses State
who can use a good field houses
