The Girl Scout Council, through its Finance committee, seeks your financial support and cooperation of its program for another year. There are 259 registered Girl Scouts in Law- rence. These girls come from all types of Lawrence - homes. In addition to its outdoor crafts and citizen- ship program Girl Scout contacts afford a splendid opportunity for the cultivation of friendship and under- standing in our community. Once a year a financial contribution is asked for the promotion of Girl Scouting, The Girl Scout program is carried on by the voluntary service of many women in Lawrence.
