Dear Mr. Allen:

For some years we have been conducting an annual
Basketball Clinic at Gettysburg College for the benefit of
high school and preparatory school coaches in our section
of the country. We have had the pleasure of having Clair
Bee and Dr. Carlson conduct the Clinics in the past.

We intend to hold the Clinic this year on Saturday,
December 9th. We will greatly appreciate it if it would be
possible for you to conduct this Clinic for us this year.
Will you please advise me if you can do this and what fee you
would expecte

I feel very certain than a Clinic conducted by you
would be greatly appreciated by the basketball coaches of
our section and I know it would be profitable to them I
know that you could expect quite a group to attend.
