Dear Doctor:

Larry Winn and the Phi Psi chapter have asked
me to raise $25.00 among the Lawrence Phi Psi alumni
to help finance a well planned rushing campaign this
summer. The enclosure prepared by Frank Bolin ex-
plains what is to be done, and will show that the
boys at the house will pay more than half the cost.

Our local list is limited and to meet the quota
it will take some $5.00 contributions. If you wish
to help, please send me your check which I will for-
ward to Larry in Kansas City.
