Dear Dr. Allens

In your absence your secretary answered my
letter regarding the proposed basketball schedule meeting.
She wrote that you had notified her that the meeting was
to be held on Saturday, April 15. I must have been
mistaken for my notes at the meeting read "the Sunday
closest to April 15".

At any rate the others have replied to the
notice and all say they can be on hand on the 16th,
Sunday, as I requested. I hope that this does not
interfere with any program you have arranged, but if it
does let me know right away and we must call the thing
off. It won't do any good to try to meet unless all
can be present.

As stated before, the meeting is called for
2:00 P.M. Sunday, April 16 at the Hotel Gpntinental.
